Each card blank is manufactured from high quality PVC and is 86mm X 54mm in size, commonly known as a CR80 card.
We supply cards in two thicknesses, either 0.76mm (30mil) or 0.50mm (20mil).
The 0.76mm card material is just like your standard credit card. Flexible, durable and long lasting. This is recommended for photo ID’s, club memberships and other high usage cards. The thinner 0.50mm type is slightly lower in cost but will not withstand the same punishment as the thicker card. These are recommended for lighter duties such as business cards or novelty type cards.
Cards containing a magnetic stripe conform to the ISO standards. These standards specify such things as stripe dimensions, position of stripe on the card, and the format of the written data.
Our cards are printed using a 4 colour CMYK dye sublimation process. Print resolution is 300 dpi resulting in excellent quality images on each card.
Your artwork is edited to suit the card dimensions and your specific needs. We add in your variables such as personnel names, title, employee numbers, etc. Maybe you need a coded mag stripe on the rear for photocopier usage, or access control to a building. You may require a simple barcode. All these options can be incorporated into your cards design.
We compose these details, print your card order and deliver to your door.
We have three card types. Pre-printed, single sided and double sided. Prices vary according to type.
We charge a one-time setup fee of $55.00 (inc GST) for any customised design. Complex or labour intensive designs
may incur a $75.00 artwork fee.
Our pre-printed cards do not attract a setup fee, and represent a cost effective alternative to full customisation.

A number of standard designs are available, or we will custom design to your specification. They can be supplied with display accessories of your choice or bare cards only.

Decide on the type of card you require? Do you need a portrait or landscape style card? Do you require a custom design, or will a “pre-print” design meet your needs?
You may like a card style from our gallery, or you may want a completely new design to suit your purpose. We can incorporate your company logo or a special background to make your cards completely unique.
To get your order underway go to our order page, insert your details, attach any logos, files etc. We will compose a design using your supplied graphics and email a proof for your approval.
We want you to be happy with your card design. It says a lot about your company or organisation, and is noticed by many people, including YOUR customers!
So we are happy to make changes to your design if required. When you are happy with your cards appearance we will print and deliver your order to you.
We endeavor to complete and deliver your order within 3 business days from approval of proof. However, circumstances may alter delivery times.
For custom cards we require setup fee prior to proofing, then balance before order delivery. For our pre-printed range we require 10% deposit.
We accept payment via cheque, Paypal or direct bank deposit. Bank details supplied on invoice.
